We do not collect any data from you or your device. Specifically:

• We do not collect personal information (name, email, location, etc.)
• We do not collect device information (device ID, IP address, etc.)
• We do not use analytics or tracking services
• We do not use cookies or similar technologies
• We do not collect usage data or app interactions

Local Data Storage

All your data, including bookmarks, notes, settings, and media files, is stored locally on your device. This data:

• Never leaves your device
• Is not transmitted to any servers
• Is not accessible to Lumena Productions or any third parties
• Is fully under your control

NDI Streaming

The NDI streaming feature in Word On Top Pro and Elite transmits video data only within your local network to devices you configure. This data is not sent to external servers or the internet.

Third-Party Services

Word On Top does not integrate with any third-party analytics, advertising, or data collection services.

App Store

Word On Top is distributed through the Apple App Store. Apple may collect certain data as described in their privacy policy. Please refer to Apple's Privacy Policy for information about their data practices.

Children's Privacy

Since we do not collect any data, Word On Top is safe for users of all ages.

Changes to This Policy

If we ever change our privacy practices, we will update this policy and notify users through the App Store update notes. However, our commitment to not collecting user data will remain unchanged.
