SnapFixPics does not collect, store, or transmit any personal data or image content. All photo processing happens entirely on your device.

At Lumena Productions, we believe your personal information and your photos should remain private. SnapFixPics is designed with privacy as a core principle — your images never leave your Mac.
Data Collection
We do not collect any data from you or your device. Specifically:
- We do not collect personal information (name, email, location, etc.)
- We do not collect device information (device ID, IP address, etc.)
- We do not use analytics or tracking services
- We do not use cookies or similar technologies
- We do not collect usage data or app interactions
- We do not access, upload, or transmit your photos
Photo Processing
All image processing in SnapFixPics — including auto-crop, face detection, color correction, and all other adjustments — is performed entirely on your device using Apple's built-in frameworks (Core Image, Vision). Your photos are:
- Never uploaded to any server
- Never transmitted over the internet
- Never accessible to Lumena Productions or any third parties
- Processed entirely on your Mac using local hardware
Local Data Storage
SnapFixPics stores your app preferences (processing settings, presets, window state) locally on your device using macOS standard storage (UserDefaults). This data never leaves your device.
Subscriptions
SnapFixPics offers optional auto-renewable subscriptions managed entirely by Apple through the App Store. When you subscribe:
- All payment processing is handled by Apple — we never see your payment information
- Subscription status is verified locally on your device using Apple's StoreKit framework
- We do not maintain any server-side account system
- We store a first-launch date locally on your device to manage the free trial period

Network Access
SnapFixPics requires network access solely for Apple's StoreKit to validate subscriptions with the App Store. No other network communication occurs. No user data, photos, or personal information is transmitted.
Third-Party Services
SnapFixPics does not integrate with any third-party analytics, advertising, or data collection services. The only external service communication is with Apple's App Store for subscription management.
Feedback Form
If you choose to submit feedback through our website, we collect only the information you voluntarily provide (name, optional email, and message). This information is stored on our server solely for the purpose of reading and responding to your feedback. It is not shared with any third parties.
Children's Privacy
Since we do not collect any data within the app, SnapFixPics is safe for users of all ages.
Changes to This Policy
If we ever change our privacy practices, we will update this policy and notify users through App Store update notes. Our commitment to not collecting user data will remain unchanged.
