Connect your external monitor or TV before launching Snap Presenter. In the Display Settings panel, choose your output display from the dropdown. Snap Presenter will send lyrics to that screen while your control interface stays on your main display.
Use the Song Library panel to add songs manually, or import from a text file. Each verse, chorus, or bridge should be separated by a blank line. You can organize songs into setlists for easy Sunday morning access.
Yes. In the Slide Settings panel, choose "Background Media" and select an image (JPG, PNG) or video file (MP4, MOV, M4V). Videos loop automatically. You can set a different background per song or use a global default.
Open the app, go to Settings → Subscription, and tap "Restore Purchases." If the issue persists, sign out of your Apple ID and sign back in, then try restoring again. Contact us at support@lumenaproductions.com if the issue continues.
Subscriptions are managed through Apple. Open System Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions, find Snap Presenter, and select Cancel. You'll retain access until the end of your current billing period.
Yes. Once your song library is set up, Snap Presenter works fully offline. An internet connection is only needed to verify your subscription status periodically.
Snap Presenter requires macOS 13.0 (Ventura) or later. For the best experience, we recommend macOS 14 (Sonoma) or newer.

This End User License Agreement ("Agreement") is a legal agreement between you ("User") and Lumena Productions ("we," "us," or "our") for the use of Snap Presenter ("App"), a macOS application for song lyrics and presentation display.
By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by this Agreement. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the App on any Apple-branded devices that you own or control, solely for your personal or internal organizational use, in accordance with this Agreement and Apple's App Store Terms of Service.
You may not:
Certain features of the App require a paid subscription. Subscriptions are offered on a monthly or annual basis and are billed through your Apple ID account via the App Store. Prices are displayed in the App prior to purchase.
Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. You can manage and cancel subscriptions through your Apple ID account settings. No refunds are provided for partial billing periods.
The App and all content, features, and functionality (including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software) are owned by Lumena Productions and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. This Agreement does not grant you any rights to our trademarks or service marks.
You retain ownership of any song lyrics, text, images, or other content you import or create within the App. You are solely responsible for ensuring you have the necessary rights or licenses to use any content you display through the App.
Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy, available at lumenaproductions.com/privacy. The App does not collect personal data beyond what is necessary for subscription verification through Apple.
THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE APP WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, LUMENA PRODUCTIONS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE APP, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE APP IN THE TWELVE MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
This Agreement is effective until terminated. Your rights under this Agreement will terminate automatically and without notice if you fail to comply with any of its terms. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the App and delete all copies from your devices.
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Illinois, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under this Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Illinois.
This Agreement is between you and Lumena Productions only, not with Apple, Inc. Apple is not responsible for the App or its content. Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support for the App. In the event of any failure of the App to conform to any applicable warranty, you may notify Apple, and Apple will refund the purchase price (if any). Apple has no other warranty obligation with respect to the App.
We may update this Agreement from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by updating the effective date above. Continued use of the App after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
